I know that participating in this event is potentially hazardous.  I should not enter in this event and particpate unless I am medically able and physically trained to do so. I agree to abide by any decision of an Official relative to my ability to compete in this event.  I assume all risk associated with this event including, but not limited to, falls, contacts with other participants, effects of weather, including the conditions of the roads & traffic.   Having read this waiver, knowing these facts and in consideration of your acceptance for my entry, I, for myself or anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the American Cancer Society, Digestive Health Specialists and any other event sponsors, their representatives and successors, any group or individual associated with this event, from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising from my participation in this event,  even though, those liabilities may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver.  I grant permission to all the foregoing to use any video, photographs, video or audio recordings or verbal and written statements from this event for any legitimate purpose.  I also understand that my registration fee is non-refundable for any reasons and will be considered a donation to the American Cancer Society.
