RELEASE AND WAIVER - I realize that there are risks associated with competing in running and road races, and in consideration of my entry, I, intending to be legally bound for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and discharge any and all claims, damages, accidents or injuries which may hereafter accrue to me from this event, against any persons, organizations, officials, and/or sponsors of Jus Run LLC, their representatives and their successors. I further state that I have trained adequately and am in suitable condition to compete in the race I have entered.

Jus Run takes your safety very seriously. It is our number one goal to provide you with an amazing race day experience. However, in the case of extreme weather as determined by permitting bodies (typically just lightening), issues of National Security, or extreme measures out of the control of Jus Run, we reserve the right to cancel an event for your safety, without refunds or rain dates. Your registration into a race accepts this risk, understanding that Jus Run has already incurred all costs and work in association with putting on the race.
