In consideration of your acceptance of the entry, I hereby waive, release, and forever discharge all claims, rights, and causes of action whatsoever kind or nature for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, against sponsors and organizers of The Run Around Running Co. event, their agents, servants, officers, employees, directors, representatives, and assigns for injury or illness which may directly or indirectly result from my participation in the Scarecrow Domestic Violence Awareness 5k & 1 Mile Fun Run, and I further agree to save and hold harmless and agree to indemnify each of said persons against all liability for any loss, cost, injury, or damage to persons or property which may arise by virtue of the undersigned engaging in the Scarecrow Domestic Violence Awareness 5k & 1 Mile Fun Run. I further state that I am in proper physical condition to participate in this event. I recognize the sponsors of the event have not undertaken to provide undersigned with any medical care, treatment, or advice concerning my participation in the event. I agree to the use of my image, likeness and/or voice in any print, audio, video, Internet, digital or electronic marketing and/or informal materials developed by or on behalf of The Run Around Running Co. My image or voice may be used in whole or part, in original or modified form, alone or in conjunction with other voices, visual material, artwork, and/or written material. I hereby assign all rights of copyright of such material to The Run Around Running Co. and release The Run Around Running Co. from any liability arising out of such use.
