 I know that participating in a trail run is a potentially hazardous activity. I will not enter and participate unless I am medically able and properly trained and at least 21 years old as of the event. I assume all risks from participating in this event and its related activities including, but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants, effects of weather, including high heat and humidity; running on hills, rocks, gravel, unstable terrain and other rough conditions of the trail; water transportation to and from the island; all such risks being known and appreciated by me.
