I assume all risks associated with participating in the 2018 In-Training For Thanksgiving Day Half Marathon training runs, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, including high heat and/or humidity, traffic and the conditions of the road, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of your accepting my entry to the 2018 In-Training For Thanksgiving Day Half Marathon Program, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the Atlanta Track Club, all city, county and state governments, and all sponsors, their representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this training program. I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose. I understand that all entries are final with no refunds.

Participants must be 18 years of age and older.

Training programs are geared toward adult participants 18 and older. However, participants as young as 16 may participate as long as they are accompanied by a parent and the parent has signed a release acknowledging the risks involved. Both the parent and child would need to be registered for the program
