In consideration of accepting this entry for myself or for the person whom I am registering, I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against the event, the Town of Kensington, the Kensington Parkwood PTA, RunWashington Timing LLC, as well as any event organizers, partners, sponsors, beneficiaries, and volunteers, their representatives and successors. I fully understand that I, or the person I am responsible for, will be subjected to roads that may have uneven terrain and other obstacles, including but not limited to other participants, and that running is a potentially hazardous activity, but I am physically fit and have sufficiently prepared for this race. I hereby grant full permission for the event to use any photos, videos, or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose whatsoever without compensation. Furthermore, I understand that my entry into this event is NON-REFUNDABLE and that no refunds will be issued regardless of reason, which includes even if the event is not held. Additionally, for the safety of myself and other participants, runners with strollers and baby joggers must start at the back; and absolutely no skates, vehicles, or pets are permitted in any of the races.
