Fill Their Plate Run/Walk Waiver
I understand that my consent to these provisions is given in consideration of signing this agreement. I hereby, for myself, my heirs and administrators assume any and all risks, which might be associated with the Fill Their Plate Run. I waive any and all rights and claims for injuries or damages which I may have against the organizers and sponsors of the event—Kids Against Hunger, Evergreen Church, and representatives, successors and assigns for any and all injuries or damages of any kind whatsoever incurred by me as a result of taking part in this Run/Walk event and any related activities. I grant permission for all the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of this event for legitimate purposes.
