As a participant in the Chisholm Trail Parkway Run and Ride (the Event), I recognize and acknowledge that there are certain risks of physical injury related to my participation in the Event and I agree to assume the full risk of any injuries, including death, damages or loss that I may sustain as a result of participating in any and all activities connected with or associated with the Event.

I, for myself, my heirs, executors and assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, waive, release and forever discharge Williams Brother Construction Company, Austin Bridge & Road, Webber, LLC, Texas Sterling Construction Company, SEMA Construction, Inc., Granite Construction Company, the North Texas Tollway Authority (the NTTA) and all other sponsors and entities associated with the Event including, but not limited to, the Cites of Fort Worth, Cleburne and Burleson, co-sponsors, vendors, and all affiliated officers, agents, employees, assigns and volunteers, from any and all claims for damages, personal injury, including death, or loss of property that I may have, or that may hereafter accrue to me, which are related to, arise out of, or are in any way connected with the activities of the Event.

I further agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend the NTTA, its sponsors, co-sponsors, vendors, and any/all affiliates, including its directors, officers, employees, consultants, contractors, servants, agents and assigns of same from any and all claims for damages including, but not limited to, injuries, death to persons and loss of property caused in whole or in part by the following: (i) any breach by participant or the NTTA of any undertaking or representation under this waiver and release; or (ii) any acts by the NTTA, and all other sponsors, co-sponsors, vendors, and all affiliated officers, agents, employees, assigns, volunteers, and guests in connection with its activities on the premises.

I understand that by signing this document I agree to waive and relinquish all claims that I or my minor dependants may have as a result of participating in the Event against the NTTA and all other sponsors, co-sponsors, vendors and its affiliated officers, agents, employees, assigns and volunteers.

I acknowledge and certify that: (i) I have read this entire Waiver and Release of All Claims; (ii) I understand its content; and (iii) I am executing it of my own free will and accord and without duress of any kind. Further, I agree to be bound by its terms. Failure to sign this Waiver will result in you participating in the Event at your own risk and will waive the NTTA and all other sponsors and entities associated with the Event from any liability.
