2014 Bob Ardrey Marathon

I know that running/walking a road race is a potentially hazardous activity which could cause injury or death. I will not enter unless medically able and properly trained. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to my ability to safely complete the race. I assume all risks associated with participation in this event, including but not limited to, falling, contact with other participants, weather effects, including high heat and/or humidity, road conditions, sidewalks and any other running surfaces, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. I agree not to wear headsets, rollerblades, or  skates. I agree not to bring baby stroller/joggers, scooters, bikes, skateboards or pets on course. Having read this waiver, I accept for myself or anyone acting on my behalf to waive and release Tammy Walker Cancer Center, All event sponsors, Salina Charities League and city of Salina, their representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising from my participation in this event even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver. I grant permission to all the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose. Registration is final, no refunds for any reason.
