I hereby release and hold harmless the City of Mansfield, Mansfield ISD, Donna Shepard Intermediate School, and any of its officers, directors, employees, and associates from and against any and all damages related to any injury or accident incurred in connection with the Timed 5K and the 1K  Fun Run. I agree to fully comply with all rules and safety measures as stated by organizers or any of its employees for the safety of those participating. Further, I grant  MISD and associates permission to use any photographic or videotape recordings of my participation in the event for any legitimate purposes. The race will be held regardless of weather conditions. Registration is final, no refunds.
