In consideration for the acceptance of my registration as a participant in the Tweetsie Trot and with the understanding that my participation in this event is only on condition that I enter into this agreement, for myself, my heirs and assignees, I herby assume the inherent and extraordinary risks involved in the race and any risks inherent in any other activities connected with this event in which I may voluntarily participate. I expressly assume the risk of and accept full responsibility for any and all injuries, including death and accidents, which may occur as a result of my participation in this event and release from liability, Yee Haw Brewing, Tipton Street Pub, Superfly Fabulous Events, The City of Johnson City and each of their officers, directors and agents, representatives, employees and members. I hereby waive any claim I may have hereafter as a result of my participation in the Tweetsie Trot and in any other activities connected  with this event in which I may voluntarily participate. I hereby agree to indemnify or my property which may occur as a result of my voluntary participation in the Tweetsie Trot. I also consent to my removal in the event that I violate the prohibition on bikes, skates or other wheeled devices or if I in  any way endanger the safety of others. I give permission for free use of my name and picture in any broadcast, telecast or written account of this event. I understand that the entry fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.  I give permission to use any photos from the race in future promotions or advertisements.
