In consideration of acceptance of my entry, I for myself, any executors, administrators, and assignees do hereby release and discharge Hilliard Lyons, the City of Owensboro, Daviess County (KY), Spencer County (IN), Owensboro Family Y, Daviess County Visitors Bureau, and the State of Kentucky, including all auxiliary sponsors and employees or volunteers associated with this race and or event(s), and officers of the aforementioned organization(s) from all claims of damages, demands, actions whatsoever, in any manner arising or growing out of my participation in said athletic event(s). I attest and verify that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate in this or these events. I authorize the aforementioned organization to use my or any family members image in any marketing or communications material related to this event. Hilliard Lyons will retain all copyrights associated with any picture or video recorded in any of these events or runs.
