2015 Santas On The Loose

WAIVER OF LIABILITY: In consideration of the Webster Groves/Shrewsbury/Rock Hill Area Chamber of Commerce permitting either me or my child to participate in the Santas on the Loose 5K Runor Reindeer on the Loose 100yard Dash, or the Stroller Dash, henceforth "Event", I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages that I or my child may have against the Webster Groves/Shrewsbury/Rock Hill Area Chamber of Commerce, The Cities of Webster Groves, Shrewsbury, and Rock Hill, Big River Race Management, or any sponsor, volunteer or contributor to this Event and his or her representatives, successors, and assigns for any and all claims or liability of any kind arising out of my training for and/or participation in this Event. My child and I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to my/his or her ability to safely complete this Event. My child and I assume all risks associated with running in this Event, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather and the conditions of the course. I attest and verify that my child and I are physically fit and sufficiently trained for the completion of this Event. I acknowledge that the entry fee paid is non-refundable and non-transferable. I hereby grant permission to any and all of the aforementioned parties to use photos of my family and/or me.
