Dairy Dash 5K and 1-Mile Memory Walk

You will be required to sign a waiver at the time of registration that will state the following:  
I understand that physical exertion is inherently dangerous. Risks include but are not limited to my own medical and physical condition, trail conditions, and the weather. The volunteers of the race, the Pennsylvania Association for Sustainable Agriculture, the Shon Seeley Legacy Fund, Mansfield University, Lambs Creek Recreation Area, and all sponsors are not to be held responsible for any injuries that may occur.  In signing below, I agree to be bound by these terms: On behalf of myself, my heirs and assigns, I hereby waive any and all claims and causes of action for damages which may arise out of my participation or association with the event; and on behalf of myself, my heirs and assigns, I release volunteers of the race, the Pennsylvania Association for Sustainable Agriculture, the Shon Seeley Legacy Fund, Mansfield University, Lambs Creek Recreation Area, and all other persons and organizations involved in the sponsorship, organization, and administration of this event, from any and all claims for damages which may result from or arise out of my participation in or association with the event, including but not limited to personal injuries which may be sustained by me, legal costs and fees even if they result from the negligence of one or more of the foregoing parties. PARENT OR GUARDIAN OF A MINOR (minor is defined as anyone under the age of 18): I, as parent or guardian of the below named minor, hereby give my permission for my child to participate in the event, and further agree, individually and on behalf of my child, to the terms stated above.
