LIABILITY WAIVER AND RACE AGREEMENT
I am participating at my own risk and waive all claims of every nature against the City of Fresno, City of Clovis, California Department of Transportation, Talley Timing Inc., California Classic Events, organizers, official’s, sponsors, and other participating agencies with respect to any personal loss, illness, bodily injury or death resulting from participating in these activities.  I also fully understand the rigors of such competition and have prepared myself physically for the race and/or bike ride.  In participating in any cycling event I understand that I am required to wear a helmet and obey all traffic laws.  I agree to follow the rules which govern road racing and cycling. I, the undersigned, have read and understand that I have given up substantial rights  by signing it and sign it voluntarily. I also give my permission for the free use of my name, picture and/or voice in any broadcast, telecast, print account, or any other account in any medium of the event.  All events take place rain or shine.  Race numbers are non-transferable – Entry fees are non-refundable.
