In consideration of my entry to the Rialto PD Memorial run; I, my heirs, executors, administrators and assignees hereby waive all rights for claims and damages I may have against The Rialto PD, The City of Rialto, The Community Partners, Infinity Timing, Race Central, Chronotrack, and all municipal agencies whose property and/or personnel are used, and all sponsoring or co-sponsoring companies, agencies or individuals.

The City of Rialto has declared January 31 of every year "Rialto Police Officer Remembrance Day" to honor those Rialto Police officers who have made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty. Members of the Rialto Police Department and the Rialto Police Benefit Association are working toward building a permanent memorial to dedicate to these officers.

The monies from this run will help fund the memorial and future Rialto Police Officer Remembrance Day events.  If you are unable to run/walk or form a team to run/walk, please consider making a donation to help sponsor a participant and/or team.
