 KAHTOOLA, INC. (FUSD and FCC) AGREEMENT OF RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY 

• Running and related exercises are inherently dangerous activities in which participants and other individuals are at constant risk. I recognize that the events in which I voluntarily participate through Kahtoola Inc. require physical activity that may be strenuous and may cause physical injury. I am fully aware of the potential dangers incidental to engaging in such physical activity. 

• I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and that I have no medical condition, impairment or disability that might prevent my full participation in any event offered by Kahtoola. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a health care provider prior to and regarding my participation in any fitness event. I acknowledge that personnel at the Kahtoola event did not give me any medical advice which might relate to my physical condition or my ability to participate in the event. 

• In consideration of permitting me to participate or engage in exercise activity at the Kahtoola, Inc. event, I agree to voluntarily assume all liability and responsibility and indemnify Kahtoola Inc., Arizona Snowbowl, Gore-Tex*, W L Gore & Associates,  Flagstaff Unified School District (FUSD), Friends of Camp Colton (FCC) the United States Forest Service and individual property owners from any injuries, death or damages, known or unknown, suffered by any person, including myself, arising out of my participation in any event offered by Kahtoola Inc. 

• I am aware that pictures may be taken of me during the Kahtoola Agassiz Uphill and that these pictures maybe used by Kahtoola Inc., Friends of Camp Colton, FUSD/Camp Colton or Arizona Snowbowl. I am aware that pictures may be posted to a website or used in print. By signing below I am giving permission for my photo to be used as above listed see fit.  • I affirm that I have read, understand, and agree to comply with the event RULES presented on the Kahtoola  Inc main web site - and specifically agree to honor the prohibition for Sledding on the Arizona Snowbowl property.    I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
