hereby agree that King Low Heywood Thomas School, Inc. (“King”), is not responsible for any

accident, injury, and/or medical or dental expense arising from my (or my son/daughter’s)

participation in King Cares 5K. Accordingly, I release King, and anyone acting on its behalf,

from any claim, liability, action, expense, obligation and/or damages that I (or my son/daughter)

may have as a result of injury, illness or other loss incurred relating to my (or my son/daughter’s)

participating in the walk/run, including any claim that may result from negligent acts or

The King Varsity Boys Soccer Team will be holding its annual 5K race to raise funds for the benefit of the Orphaned Starfish Foundation and the Boys and Girls Club of Stamford. We are looking for participants, donors, and sponsors to underwrite the cost of race, and we need your help!
