Reindeer Run 5K

Waiver: I hereby affirm that I am in proper physical condition to participate in the Reindeer Run and in consideration of the acceptance of this entry, agree to assume
all risk of injury to myself and all risk of damage of loss of property arising out of my participation in this event: to release and forever discharge the sponsors and
promoters of this event including the Mid-County YMCA, Big River Running and all sponsors, subcontractors and volunteers which may arise from my participation in
the Reindeer Run. In consideration and of my own free will, I for myself, my heirs, executors, administers and assigns, to indemnity and hold harmless all of the
aforementioned sponsors and promoters from all liability, claims, demands, actions, loss and/or damage arising out of my participation in the Reindeer Run. Further I
hereby grant full permission to any and all of the aforementioned parties to use my name, likeness, and voice, as well as any photographs, videotapes, motion
pictures, recordings, or any other record of this event of which I may appear for any legitimate purpose. IF ATHLETE IS UNDER AGE 18: this is to certify that my
son/daughter, who has my permission to participate in the Reindeer Run, is in good physical condition and that race officials have my permission to authorize
emergency treatment.
