In consideration of your acceptance of this entry, I hereby, for myself, my heirs, my executors and administrators, waive any and all rights and claims for damages or injunctive relief I may have against Raceplace Event Systems Inc., the City of Phoenix, Evans Communications, Events by Andrea, Brenda Gifford and her contractors, including but not limited to The Night Run, Inc., R.A.T. Race AZ, CMI Inc. and its sponsors, contractors, volunteers, coordinating groups, and any individuals associated with this event, their representatives, successors and assigns, and will hold them harmless for any and all injuries suffered in connection with this event. Also, none of the above are responsible for the loss of personal items nor any other form of inconvenience or aggravation in connection with this event. I have been warned that I must be in good health to participate in this event. I understand that my registration fee is non-refundable. By completing this form, I acknowledge that I am an amateur in events of this nature. I also give permission for free use of my name and photograph in any broadcast, telecast or electronic or print media account of this event. By completing this form, I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand my own liability and do accept the terms stated herein.
