The Ryu Dan Empowerment Foundation (RDEF) is a community based non profit organisation that is focused on the development of youth and other vulnerable groups in the communities of Enterprise and environs. This year the competition is set to be bigger and better as we partner with key stake holders in the community. The 5k features professional and amateur athletes as well as first timers all participating in a safe and family friendly environment.
