Team Kopacz is a 501(c)3 foundation supporting Parkinson’s Disease(PD) research. After 7 years of hosting a successful golf event and raising over $250,000 for Parkinson’s research we are excited to be pivoting to a 5K Run/Walk. We are focusing on the importance of exercise for those living with PD. Exercise is a significant part of Jason’s symptom management since he was diagnosed at the age of 36 with Young Onset Parkinson’s Disease. Exercise is the only treatment currently thought to slow the progression of PD.
