This release and waiver is executed on this date: 11 October 2025. Knowingly, and at my own risk, I am participating in the North Bend 5K, I do hereby waive release any and all claims against the North Bend State Park and the WV Division of Natural Resources, its organizers, all event sponsors and any employee, agent, volunteer, or official of this event, from any claim of injury (including death) that I may incur as a result of my participation in the event.  I further hereby certify that I have full knowledge of the risks involved in this event, and I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate. If, however, as a result of my participation in the North Bend 5K, If I require medical attention, I hereby give consent to authorize medical personnel to provide such medical care as deemed necessary.

Race Day registration is $30 and DOES NOT INCLUDE  T-SHIRT.

No Refunds and Cancellations; Please note ALL registration fees are non-refundable. This policy applies to all registrants, all conditions, EVEN if you registered for the wrong race.

Depending on availability, any surplus T-SHIRTS MAY BE AVAILABLE for purchase at the event on a first come first served basis after race.

12 September (11:59 PM EDST)

2. Packet Pick-up (if registered before 26September 2025, 11:59 PM) and Same Day Registration Available              11 October 2025 - 7:30 AM until 8:15 AM 

3) Race Starts at 8:30 AM on 11 October 2025
