Summer program for high school kids preparing for the upcoming Fall XC season. Starts Wednesday June 11. 3 practices per week: Monday's at Oakland Mills High 5:45-7:00pm, Wednesday's at Centennial High 5:45-7:00pm, Saturday's at Howard High 9:00-10:30am. Bringing a water bottle to practice and wearing running shoes is required. Must be able to run 3 miles without walking to join.
