The BHA Hill Challenge is an endurance hiking challenge where competitors traverse 13+ miles of elevations over
650ft through some of the toughest terrains in Barbados. I understand the event and agree by signing:
That the activities that I undertake at the BHA Hill Challenge 2025 are physically and mentally challenging and potentially dangerous, and
include but are not limited to water based and other obstacles, surface hazards and run/hike course and weather conditions;
That there is a risk of serious injury and/or death associated with my participation in activities at the BHA Hill Challenge and although
steps have been taken to minimize these risks, they cannot be completely eliminated;
That participation in the BHA Hill Challenge is ENTIRELY AT MY OWN RISK.
I confirm that:
I am 15 years of age or older and that I will comply with all instructions given to me by the organizer and volunteers;
I am sufficiently fit and healthy to safely participate in the BHA Hill Challenge and do not suffer from any medical condition which would
adversely affect my ability to safely participate in all activities at the BHA Hill Challenge.
Release and Agreement:
I hereby acknowledge and accept that the organizers, sponsors and volunteers shall not be liable to me for any loss or damage arising
from my participation in the activities at the BHA Hill Challenge, including indirect or consequential loss or damages.
I have read and fully understood all the terms of this disclaimer.
I give permission to the Organizer/Sponsors to use my photograph and/or any other record of my participation in the BHA Hill Challenge
for any legitimate purpose.
