Run Through the Pines

In consideration of my entry to the Running Through the Pines 2014 run; I, my heirs, executors, administrators and assignees hereby waive all rights for claims and damages I may have against the Rim of the World Parks and Recs Department, The Community Partners, Infinity Timing, Race Central, Chronotrack, Lake Gregory, the City of Crestline and all municipal agencies whose property and/or personnel are used, and all sponsoring or co-sponsoring companies, agencies or individuals.

I attest and verify that I am physically fit and have trained for this event.  In checking the box below I acknowledge I have read and fully understand my own liability  and do accept the restrictions.

I understand that the registration fee is non-refundable and non transferable.  If the participant is a minor, I the parent/guardian will initial and check the boxes below.

 Furthermore, I hereby grant full permission to any and all the foregoing to use my photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose. As a participating athlete, I certify that all the information provided for the event is accurate and certify my compliance by checking the box.
