I also attest that I am in good physical condition and able to compete in my chosen race and by here give consent to use any photographs for publicity/promotional use.  

**In the case of cancellation, refunds will not be granted, but you will have the opportunity to defer your entry to the following year's event**

Event Cancelation Policy

Please acknowledge that no refunds will be granted in the event of a cancelation due to weather, government restrictions due to COVID or any other circumstances out of Run Flagstaff's/ Run Sedona's control (including personal reasons). *In the unlikely circumstance that the Turkey Trot is canceled your entry will be deferred to next year's event. Entries are transferable.
