The 37th Annual Parkville Turkey Trail Trot

I know this event is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter unless I am medically able and properly trained. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official, relative to my ability to safely complete the race. I assume all risks associated with entering this event including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, effect of weather, traffic or road conditions. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of your accepting my entry fee, I, for myself, and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, wave and release and covenant not to sue Parkville Turkey Trail Trot Run, City of Parkville, and all race sponsors and volunteers, the event officlals, timers, and all associated representatives and successors, for all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event including with limitations, claim or liability resulting from those matters described in the waiver. This release and waiver extends to all claims of any kind of nature whether foreseen, known or unknown. The race director reserves the right to shorten or cancel the event due to weather conditions with no refund.
