Los Alamos Triathlon

RELEASE OF LIABILITY - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING - must be signed 
In consideration of your acceptance of this entry by my signature, intending to be legally bound for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, I waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against the organizers of the Los Alamos Triathlons, Los Alamos National Laboratories, the  United States Department of Energy and Los Alamos National Security, LLC for any and all injuries  sustained and suffered by me during this event.  I also understand that in the event this race cannot be held as scheduled due to an act of Nature or circumstances beyond control, my entry fee is  non-refundable.  IN CASE OF INJURY OR INABILITY TO FINISH THE RACE, I HEREBY GRANT THE LOS  ALAMOS COUNTY PARKS, RECREATION & OPEN SPACE DIVISION PERMISSION TO TRANSPORT ME / MY CHILD TO THE NEAREST AID STATION OR MEDICAL FACILITY.  Further, I hereby grant full permission to use any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of this event for any  legitimate purpose.  I understand that the use of cameras and video equipment is not allowed on Los Alamos National Laboratories property.   I understand that the entry fee is NON-REFUNDABLE, and that race numbers are non-transferable.
