Start off with a 1/2 mile swim in Lake St. Clair followed by an 11 mile bike around New Baltimore, finished by a 3 mile run.

Wave Starts

The swim will consist of two wave starts. The wave assignment will be based on your expected swim time indicated during registration. Wave one will be for those swimming in a time of 22:00 minutes or less, wave two for those swimming in a time greater than 22:00 minutes. All relays will begin in wave two.

Maximum Swim Time
