I have willingly agreed to participate in the Caura Dash 2024 and I am aware of the risks involved.  I  hereby indemnify the organizers, promoters, third party companies and/or their agents or next of kin from all possible claims for damages or injury of any nature arising out of my participating in this event. I hereby give my permission for the organizers, promoters and/or their agents to use my picture and /or name in any publicity deemed necessary for the promotion of this event at no compensation. Participants under the age of eighteen must obtain their parents/guardians permission. 

By indicating my acceptance of this agreement and waiver, I am affirming that I have read this agreement and waiver and fully understand its terms. I understand that I and all registered parties are giving up substantial rights, including the right to sue. I acknowledge that I am agreeing to this agreement and waiver freely and voluntarily and intend by my acceptance, to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law. If the participant is a minor or incapacitated adult, I certify that I am the participant's parent or guardian and agree to this waiver and release from liability on behalf of the participant.
