 I, the undersigned participant, being of legal age and intending to be legally bound, do hereby forever release and waive any and all rights, claims, and actions for damages that I, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns may have, or that may hereafter accrue against Patriots Run, Red Dirt Race Management, and their affiliates, sponsors, volunteers and organizers, arising out of or in any way connected to my involvement and participation in the 2024 Patriots Run, including but not limited to accident, injury, or illness, including Covid-19-related illnesses.   
I verify that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate in this event and I knowingly and voluntarily assume the risks involved in this activity. I verify the truthfulness of information contained in my registration, including my date of birth.   I further understand that this is not a closed course, and attest that I will be mindful of traffic and other potential hazards along the race course, and I knowingly and voluntarily accept all risks arising therefrom. 
I consent to the collection and use of my Personal Information as set forth in the Privacy Policy. I also give my permission for the use of my name and/or likeness in social media posts, telecasts, broadcasts, newspapers, posters, advertising, etc.
I agree that the statutes and laws of the State of Kansas, USA, will apply to all matters relating to this Agreement and Waiver.

I understand that there are no refunds for any reason, including illness, work obligations, weather or any other reason the race might be forced to cancel.
