2024 St. Paddy’s Engineer 5 Mile Challenge (Untimed)

In consideration of this entry being accepted and desiring to be legally bound to myself, my heirs, assigns, executors, administrators, etc., I hereby release the sponsors, officials, Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, Marine Corps Air Station New River, and all those associated with this event of all claims for injuries and damages incurred or arising from my participation in this event.  I grant permission for the use of all information submitted in my application, and any other photograph, videotape motion picture, recording, and any other record of this event including race results, my likeness, name, and completion time, for any purpose, including pre-race and post-race publicity.  
 
I understand that the entry fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. I hereby grant full permission to any and all of the above parties to use any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, website images, recordings or any other record of this event. I understand that this event is being held on a military installation.  All visitors without a Department of Defense (DoD) ID card that don’t have a DoD sponsor, must be vetted prior to being granted entry.  By electronically signing, I understand that if I don’t supply the required information to obtain a Base pass at least 30 days prior to race day, I will not be given a Base access pass.  Entry will only be granted if escorted by a DoD ID card holder.   I further understand that by not supplying the required information or registering after the 30 day deadline will result in denial of entrance without a refund.
