YMCA of the Rockies Turkey Trot

I understand that participating in a run or walk is a potentially hazardous activity; therefore, I assume all risks associated with my
participation in this event, including, but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants; the effects of weather, traffic, and other
conditions of the road; all such risks being known and appreciated by me. I, individually, (and/or as a parent/guardian of the above
named minor) for and in consideration of acceptance of this entry in the afore mentioned running/walking event, do hereby release,
remise, waive and forever discharge the YMCA of the Rockies and its members and sponsors and any and all other supporting groups of
this said running/walking event from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes or action whatsoever, related to
participation in this event. I further state that I (or my minor child listed above) am in proper physical condition to participate in this
event. I further state that my (or my minor child listed above) image, voice may be used in any medium related to this event in the future
without any restrictions.
