IMPORTANT: THIS IS A WAIVER AND RELEASE OF POTENTIAL LEGAL CLAIMS FOR PERSONAL INJURY AND PROPERTY DAMAGE. PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY.
I have agreed to participate (or to allow my child, for whom I am legally responsible, to participate) in the “Cardinals 5k Run & 1 Mile Fun Run Presented by Seat Geek and VictoryLive” at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona on November 19, 2023 (the “Event”). I understand that there are risks and dangers involved in the Event, and (on behalf of myself or, if applicable, my child) I voluntarily assume all of those risks and dangers, including the risks and dangers of personal injury and property damage that may occur during or arise from the Event. In exchange for being permitted to participate in the Event, I hereby expressly and unequivocally release and discharge the National Football League, its thirty-two (32) member professional football teams (including the Arizona Cardinals), Race Place Events LLC, Arizona Sports and Tourism Authority and their respective affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees, volunteers, subcontractors, sponsors and agents (collectively the “Releasees”) from all present and future claims that may be made by me, my family, estate, heirs or assigns for property damage, personal injury, or wrongful death arising as a result of my participation (or my child’s participation) in the Event wherever, whenever or however the same may occur, including any such claims arising out of the negligence of any of the Releasees. I understand the Event may be photographed, videotaped or otherwise recorded, and I agree to let the Releasees use my name, likeness and demographic information free of charge in any manner and for any purpose in any media now known or hereafter developed.
I am not under any legal disabilities that prevent me from being legally bound by this Waiver and Release of Liability for Personal Injury and Property Damage (this “Waiver and Release”). I agree that this Waiver and Release, and any dispute arising from or involving this Waiver and Release, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona. I hereby execute this Waiver and Release.
