The 9th annual Hartford County 4-H 5k Road Race is dedicated to long time 4-H leader and advisor Austin Harlow. Austin was always looking for a challenge by wearing a pedometer to keep track of his steps during fair week. On the last day of the fair he would run a contest to see if people could guess how many steps he took all week long. All proceeds raised helps the 4-H'ers and the Hartford County 4-H Fair.
