2023 Run, White & Blue 5K

I am a voluntary participant in this event and I am medically able and properly trained.  I understand that running is a potentially hazardous activity, which could cause injury or death and I hereby assume full responsibility for any injury or accident which could occur during participation of this event and I hereby release and hold harmless the city of Centralia, its elected officials, employees, event planning committee, sponsors, volunteers and any other individuals associated with the event from any claims I may have arising out of my participation in this event and I assume all risks associated with running in this event, including but not limited to: falls, physical contact with other participants, volunteers, and spectators. I assume all risks including: the effects of the weather; high heat and/or humidity; traffic and the conditions of the road including surrounding terrain. I know there will be some traffic on the course and I assume any and all risk of running in traffic.  

I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use my photographs, motion pictures, recordings or any other record of this event for any legitimate purposes.  I understand that this event does not provide for refunds in the event of a cancellation, and by signing this waiver, I consent that I am not entitled to a refund if the event is cancelled before or during the event.
