2023 Northern Ohio Half Marathon, Relay, & 5K

I accept that I compete in this event at my own risk and I hereby waive and release the event, Northeast Running Club, Lake Metroparks, Lake Health,  Grand River, City of  Mentor, Mentor-on-the-Lake, Mentor Headlands, City of Willoughby, Second Sole Mentor, Greater Cleveland XC and any sponsor, officer, and member of said organization, their representatives, successors, assigns, and any individuals who are in any way connected with this event from all rights and claims for any accident, injury, or loss suffered as a consequence of my participation.  In any event that weather cancels the event, registration fee is non-refundable.  All photos taken during the event by our staff and volunteers can be used for future marketing material. NO REFUNDS.
