This registration must be signed by the participant, or by the participant's parent or legal guardian. Any registration submitted in violation of this requirement is void. I understand that my participation in this event is potentially hazardous, and that I should not enter or participate in it unless I am medically able and properly trained to do so. I understand that participation in this event may result in my injury or death, and in loss or damage to property, and I voluntarily accept all risks associated with my participation in this event. Intending to be legally bound for myself and my heirs, successors, executors, administrators, representatives, assigns, and anyone else who might assert any claim on my behalf, and I hereby waive, release, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Anderson Race Mgmt, the City of Minneapolis, the Minneapolis Parks and Recreation Department, and all individuals and entities associated with them, including but not limited to their owners, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, subcontractors, officials, and sponsors, together with their agents, assigns, and anyone acting on their behalf, of and from any and all claims, demands, injuries, actions, causes of action, and liabilities, including claims of ordinary negligence, for death, injury, or property loss or damage of any kind or nature arising out of or in connection with my participation in this event (collectively “claims”). I agree that this waiver extends to all claims of whatever kind or nature, foreseen or unforeseen, known or unknown. I also grant permission to the Anderson Race Management and/or any agents acting on its behalf to take and use any broadcasts, telecasts, photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, voice recordings, and any other images or recordings of my participation in this event for any legitimate purpose, without compensation to me. I agree that Anderson Race Management and/or its agents may use my name in association with any such purpose, and that all such broadcasts, telecasts, photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, voice recordings, and other recordings, and all programs, publications, and other products using them, are and shall remain the property of Anderson Race Management. I have read the foregoing, and voluntarily agree to it by my signature below.
