2023 Caveman Crawl 5K Trail Run

I certify that I am physically fit and capable of participation in this event. I understand that trail running is a potentially dangerous activity, and I assume full responsibility for any injury or accident that may occur during my participation. The undersigned individual does hereby release, discharge, hold harmless and acquit Geauga Park District, its Board, employees and agents and Foundation for Geauga Parks, its board, employees and agents from any and all liability which may arise from their and/or their family's participation in the Caveman Crawl 5K Trail Run and 1-Mile Fun Walk. It is understood that the undersigned exercises the waiver knowing fully the circumstances of the activity and knowingly accepts any risks involved therein. I understand that photographs will be taken during the event and may be used for marketing purposes in print and electronic formats.
