13th annual Walk Against Addiction 5k Fundraiser

In consideration of your acceptance of this entry, I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against The OBX Running Company, LLC, Walk aginst addiction organizers, Dare County Schools, Town of Kill Devil Hills, Dare County, State of North Carolina, the benefiting charity, and any other sponsors and organizers of this event, their representatives, successors or assigns for any and all injuries suffered by me, in said event. I attest and verify that I am physically fit and have trained for the completion of this race sufficiently. That I understand the risks of participating in a group setting in today’s pandemic and national climate, and that I release and hold no harm the aforementioned organizing entities if I contract Covid-19 as a result of participating in this event.
