I know that running a race is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter and run or walk unless I am medically able and properly trained. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to my ability to safely compete and run/walk. I assume all risks associated with running in this event including but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, including cold, high heat and/or humidity, traffic and the conditions of the course, all risks being known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of you accepting my entry, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waiver and release: The Seashore Striders, Seashore Strider Event Production Inc, Town of Bethany Beach, The State of Delaware and all sponsors, their representatives and successors from claims arising from my participation in this event even though that liability may arise out of carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver. I understand that the Surfin' Snowman is a rain, snow or shine event. There are NO REFUNDS, TRANSFERS or DEFERRALS. There are no exceptions to this policy. Race Directors have the the right to change or alter the course for any reasons deemed necessary. Race Directors have the right to cancel the event for any reason deemed necessary.

T-Shirts will be a long sleeve technical material. It is our goal to get t-shirts to all participants, however t-shirts will only be guaranteed to those who register prior to December 24th. This is due to the holiday shipping and production schedule. We hope you enjoy!
