2023 Remember the Ten Run

There are no refunds for this event.  If you sign up, and are unable to make it to the race, officials will make every effort to provide you with a race t-shirt.  These will be available for pickup in the Stillwater and surrounding area, and can possibly be shipped to you at a cost of $10.  You must contact our Registration Chair at jason.pogue@okstate.edu to make arrangements.

In consideration of the foregoing, I, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors and assigns, waive and release any and all rights, claims and courses of action I have or may have against The Remember the Ten Run, Oklahoma State University, The OSU Foundation and its affiliates, their agents, employees, officers, directors, successors and assigns, Red Dirt Race Management, the City of Stillwater, and any and all sponsors, their representatives and successors, that may arise as a result of my participation in The Remember the Ten Run and any pre- and post- event activities. I attest and verify that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for the completion of this event and my physical condition has been verified by a licensed medical doctor. Further, I hereby grant full permission to any and all of the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertising.

I understand the novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. I understand COVID-19 is highly contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. I understand that an individual can be infected with COVID-19 without their knowledge and be asymptomatic. I understand that the circumstances regarding COVID-19 change frequently and that CDC Guidelines are frequently updated. I accept full responsibility for familiarizing myself with the most recent update.  I voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 and/or other communicable diseases by participating in the Remember the Ten Run. I acknowledge that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and/or death. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 is in connection with my participation in any race-related activities, and personally assume this risk.

I certify that, on the day of the race, I will not participate if I have exhibited symptoms commonly associated with COVID-19 (fever/ chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste/smell, sore throat, congestion or running nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea or any other symptoms that cannot be otherwise explained).
