In consideration of your acceptance of my entry, I hereby, for myself and my heirs and executors waive and release any and all rights and claims for damage against the local sponsors, meet officials, volunteers and workers for any injuries suffered by me in connection with the CKF Color Run: Celebrating Recovery 5k Run/1 Mile Fun Run & Walk. I assume all risks associated with running in this event, including but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, including high heat and/or humidity, traffic and the conditions of the road. I also understand that although police protection is provided, there may be traffic on the course route; I assume the risk of running in traffic. I understand that participating in the “Color Run” is a potentially hazardous activity where colored powder will be thrown at and around me during the course of the event. I understand that through some of the course I, the participant, may go through colored food grade corn starch. I further certify that I am in good enough condition to participate in this event. I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use my photographs, motion pictures, recordings or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.
