Running of the Pigs 5K, 0K, and Kids Race

In consideration of my entry, I for myself, executors, administrators and assignees do hereby release and discharge St. Paul Saints , City of St. Paul, Anderson Race Management and all other sponsors and associates for claims of damages, actions whatsoever, in any manner arising or growing out of my participation in said athletic event. Further, I hereby grant full permission to any of the foregoing to use photographs, videotapes, motion picture recordings or other record of the event for any purpose whatsoever. I attest and verify that I have full knowledge of the risks involved in this event and I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate in this event. I understand that this entry is not refundable or exchangeable. I have read the foregoing and certify my agreement by my signature below. (Parent or guardian must sign if applicant is under 18 years or age).
