Waiver and Signature: In consideration of your accepting my entry, I, intending to be legally bound, do hereby for myself and my heirs, executors, administrators waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may accrue against the persons and organizations affiliated with the race including but not limited to Resource Center For Parents and Children, Kinross/Fort Knox, all sponsors, volunteers, staff, subcontractors, agents, attorneys, and representatives for any and all injuries that I may suffer while participating in the event.I attest that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained for this competition. As part of the waiver, I acknowledge that I have read and understand all of the above.

Participation includes possible exposure to and illness from infectious and/or communicable diseases including but not limited to MRSA, influenza, and COVID-19. While particular rules and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death does exist; and, I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and, I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation as regards protection against infectious diseases, including wearing a facial mask during the event and maintaining CDC recommended social distance from others.  If, however, I observe and any unusual or significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation immediately.
