Nags Head 5k/1 Mile Beach Race July 14, 2022

In consideration of your acceptance of this entry, I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against The OBX Running Company, LLC, Village Realty, TRI Outer Banks Sports, Town of Nags Head, Dare County, Village of Nags Head HOA, State  of North Carolina, the benefiting charity, and any other sponsors and organizers of this event, their representatives, successors or assigns for any and all injuries suffered by me, in said event. I attest and verify that I am physically fit and have trained for the completion of this race sufficiently.    I will abide by social distancing regulations. I will not participate if I am feverish or have flu like symptoms. That I have not been released or violating a medical quarantine. I attest that I have not tested positive for/or awaiting test results for covid-19 in the last 14 days. That I understand the risks of participating in a group setting in today’s pandemic and national climate, and that I release and hold no harm the aforementioned organizing entities if I contract Covid-19 as a result of participating in this event.
