Our cancellation option / policy for 2021 Half-Marathon, 5k and 1.6Km walk. This year we face many uncertainties resulting from a pandemic and other safety requirements. In the event the Half-Marathon, 5k and 1.6Km events are cancelled, registration costs and other will not be refunded.
- You will be guaranteed and entry to the 2022 event.
- You will be required to claim your 2022 entry when 2022 registration opens.
- We will not mail garments or bibs for 2021 event.
1. Social distancing requested, especially at packet pick up, race start and race finish.
2. Request all runners and spectators wear face coverings (cover nose and mouth) at packet pick up, at race start and race finish
3. All volunteers (packet pick up and on course) wear face coverings (cover nose and mouth) and wear gloves. All volunteers practice social distancing.
4. Race day registration area will be separated from packet pick up. We also ask runners complete registration application before arriving at race site and have correct cash or check. If registration is completed on site, then pen / pencil will be used only once. Our goal is eliminating the need for sharing money or pens, etc. Again, volunteers and runners should practice social distancing.
5. Water at start and finish will be provided as individual water bottles. On course hydration will be provided in paper cups provided by volunteers wearing face coverings and gloves.
6. Hand sanitizer available at restrooms, portable toilets and packet pick up / registration.
7. To provide more social distancing the Half-Marathon event will start at 9:00AM, 5K and 1.6Km walk will start at 9:10AM. Start and finish times will be recorded for each runner, therefore an athlete will be credited with their best net time. This will provide more social distancing.
