This release and waiver is executed on this date: 26 November 2020. Knowingly, and at my own risk, I am participating in the Huntington, WV Turkey Trot. I do hereby waive release any and all claims against the Huntington Turkey Trot, its organizers, all event sponsors and any employee, agent, volunteer, or official of this event, from any claim of injury (including death) that I may incur as a result of my participation in the event.  I further hereby certify that I have full knowledge of the risks involved in this event, and I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate. If, however, as a result of my participation in the Huntington Turkey Trot, I require medical attention, I hereby give consent to authorize medical personnel to provide such medical care as deemed necessary.

T-Shirt Policy (Pickup in person and shirt shipping)

1. Registration fee includes long sleeve t-shirt for all entries received on or before November 17, 2020 (11:59 EDT). If registered on or before 17 November 2020 (11:59 EST), you have the option of shirt pickup at dates and times listed below or shirt shipping at additional cost of $5.00.  

2. If you register after 17 November 2020 (11:59 EDT) only shirt shipping at additional cost of $5.00 will be available.

Tuesday, 24 November 2 PM until 7:00 PM

Wednesday, 25 November 11:00 AM until 7:00 PM
