RELEASE FORM: I know that running a road event is a potentially hazardous activity. My child should not enter unless he or she is medically able. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to my child’s ability to safely complete the run. I will provide race-day supervision by an adult of my child to and from the assembly area. I assume all risks associated with my child’s running the 2020 Peachtree Junior including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather, including high heat and/or humidity, any traffic and conditions of the road. All such risks to my child are known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts, and in consideration of your accepting my child’s entry, I, for myself and child, and anyone entitled to act on our behalf, waive and release the Atlanta Track Club, the City of Atlanta and all sponsors, their representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my child’s participation in this event. I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose. I also grant permission for the Atlanta Track Club to contact me by email for race-related communications. I understand that all entries are final with no refunds and that T-shirts are awarded to finishers only. The official race director reserves the right in any event of emergency or local or national disaster to cancel the run or to change the day and/or time to a later day or time and that in the event of cancellation or change, there is no refund of entry fees.
